  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email (if available).


Assembly Information

Your new bike will arrive partially disassembled. Specifically, the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost/saddle will be detached for shipping.

Friendly Cycle recommends that final assembly be performed by a professional mechanic or your local bike shop. Please note that they may charge a separate assembly fee.

This ensures your bike is safely and properly set up for your first ride!


Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate $7.99 shipping

  • Orders over $100 (non-bike items): Free shipping

  • Oversized items (like bikes): $150 shipping fee

Note: Bikes can only ship within the contiguous U.S. (No Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories)

Expedited Shipping

Available only for non-bike items. Bikes require manual quote confirmation for expedited delivery.

International Orders

We recommend using a U.S.-based freight forwarder. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


Backorders

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options. You won’t pay more for shipping due to split deliveries.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Most items may be returned within 30 days (exceptions apply).

Returns

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Restocking fees may apply, especially on discounted items

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We do not accept COD returns

  • We do not accept Apparel (Jersey's, bibs/shorts, socks, etc)

Important: Minor shipping damage (e.g., bent derailleur hangers) is common and easily fixed. Major damage must be reported with photos of the box and a receipt for replacement costs.

Exchanges

  • Ship the product back with a note requesting an exchange

  • Include a copy of the invoice and your instructions


Closeout Items

Items discounted 20% or more are sold “as is” and may have small blemishes. Specs may vary. These bikes are often non-current models and assembled/displayed in-store.


Coupons

Already discounted items are not eligible for additional coupon discounts.


In-Store Pickup

You’ll be contacted when your item is ready (usually within 24 hours).
Pickup must be completed within 10 days, or a 10% restocking fee applies.
