The ENVE Melee V2 Frameset is a brand-new, high-performance carbon road frameset designed for riders who want the speed of a modern race bike without having to choose between lightweight climbing performance and aerodynamic efficiency. Developed around ENVE’s Real-World Fast™ philosophy, the Melee V2 combines low weight, aerodynamic tube shaping, responsive handling, and modern component compatibility into an exceptionally versatile road racing platform.

The Melee V2 represents a significant evolution of the original Melee. ENVE reduced the total frame surface area by approximately 7.5%, refined the head tube around a smaller headset bearing, and transitioned to a BSA threaded bottom bracket and UDH derailleur hanger. These changes reduce weight while maintaining the responsive ride characteristics that made the Melee popular with performance-focused road cyclists.

At approximately 791 grams for a painted 56 cm frame without hardware, the Melee V2 is exceptionally lightweight for a modern aero-oriented road race frame. This lightweight construction makes it an excellent foundation for building a race bike that can approach the UCI 6.8 kg minimum with the right components, while still offering aerodynamic advantages for fast road riding.

The frame's aerodynamic shaping was developed through computational fluid dynamics and wind-tunnel testing, with the tube profiles designed to complement ENVE's SES wheel technology.
