Designed to keep your braking system cool on long, demanding descents, the XTR/Dura-Ace RT-MT900 Centerlock Disc Rotor rapidly dissipates heat for more consistent braking performance in extreme conditions, as well as longer pad life and reduced brake fade. These rotors are optimized for the XTR M9100 and M9120 brakes as well as the new Dura Ace, and feature a new design that improves cooling and decreases weight compared to the previous version of the XTR rotor, the RT-99.

Shimano's ICE Technology was first developed for superior cooling under the rigors of pro downhill riding, but with a backwards compatible design in many popular sizes, the latest evolution of XTR rotors from Shimano have now been incorporated into their Dura-Ace road groupset. The RT-MT900 rotor draws heat away from the brake, which can bog down your stopping power, to deliver consistently superior performance no matter the conditions.
